This is a rare opportunity for a Technology Lawyer to join a dynamic and fast-paced practice, working across a diverse range of cutting-edge matters.

The role will see you advising on major technology transactions, supporting clients through cyber incidents, including ransomware attacks, and contributing to cross-industry initiatives aimed at reducing cybercrime. You will also gain exposure to emerging technologies such as biometric, AI, and blockchain-based solutions, as well as complex, multi-jurisdictional IT transformation projects and business-critical disputes. The breadth and variety of work on offer ensures no two days are the same.

You will be a motivated and commercially minded lawyer with existing experience and a strong interest in technology, digital, or commercial law. Ideally, you will have gained your experience within private practice, preferably in a firm of similar calibre. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex and evolving legal issues will be key. A genuine interest in innovation and emerging technologies will see you thrive in this environment.
