Job Description

This role requires a proactive leader who can drive technical excellence, champion energy efficiency initiatives, and ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, and performance standards. The successful candidate will foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across all aspects of facilities management. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the Operations team in managing M&E systems, preventive maintenance, inspections, audits, and daily facility operations. Provide mentorship to ensure adherence to safety, technical, and performance standards. Stakeholder Engagement Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies. Respond promptly to feedback and service requests, ensuring high satisfaction and smooth coordination on maintenance matters. Data-Driven Operations Analyze operational metrics such as equipment performance and energy consumption to produce actionable insights and continuous improvement reports for stakeholders. Contractor Oversight Manage both scheduled and ad-hoc works by subcontractors, ensuring full compliance with GSK standards and programs like CSMS. Technical Troubleshooting Identify and resolve system failures and conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions. Quality Assurance & Safety Perform facility condition assessments, verify contractor deliverables against specifications, and enforce compliance with regulatory and safety requirements Qualifications and Experience •Bachelor's degree qualified preferably in a Building/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or; •Diploma preferably in a Building/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience •Experience in Integrated Facilities Management and/or M&E is preferred. •Good communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
