About the Role Working within a large-scale quarry operation, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently operating loaders to keep production moving. This is a fast-paced environment supplying major infrastructure and construction projects throughout the lower North Island. Understands the importance of working safely in a heavy industrial environment. Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in turning up every day ready to work. What's In It For You? Temp-to-permanent opportunity. Competitive hourly rate based on experience. Full PPE provided. Stable full-time employment. Work for an employer with an outstanding reputation for looking after its people. Ongoing training and development. Career progression opportunities across one of New Zealand's largest building products groups. Opportunities to move into plant operations, mobile equipment, transport, leadership or management as your experience grows. Why This Role? This is a company where many leaders started on the ground and worked their way into management. If you bring the right attitude, reliability and work ethic, you'll be joining an organisation that believes in developing its people and creating long-term careers. If you're looking for your next opportunity with a company that values experience, rewards commitment and offers genuine career progression, we'd love to hear from you.
