Job Description
Barnardos Aotearoa in Hamilton is seeking a Residential Youth Worker for our whare. This is a permanent, full-time role on a seven days on/seven days off rotating roster, with sleepovers required during shifts. You will engage with rangatahi with complex needs using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, helping them build life skills, manage behaviours, and connect with whanau and community supports.
