You'll work alongside project managers, designers, consultants, and contractors to deliver detailed documentation and technical expertise across a diverse portfolio of commercial interior projects. The Role As a Senior Interior Technician, you'll play a critical role in the successful delivery of commercial fit-out and workplace projects from concept through to construction. Produce detailed construction documentation and technical drawings Coordinate consultant information and resolve technical design issues Work closely with project managers and site teams throughout project delivery Ensure documentation meets client, regulatory, and construction requirements Assist with design development and value-engineering solutions Support project delivery through site observations and contractor liaison About You We're looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with a practical, solutions-focused approach. You will bring: 5+ years' experience in interior projects, commercial fit-outs, or workplace environments Strong proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD Experience producing construction documentation packages Excellent detailing and technical coordination skills Understanding of New Zealand building regulations and construction methodologies Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A collaborative attitude and willingness to work as part of a tight-knit team Experience gained within an interior design practice, architectural studio, fit-out specialist, or design-and-build environment will be highly regarded.
