Organisational Change Manager

Evolve Recruitment Group – Auckland, North Island As an Organisational Change Manager, you’ll lead the business change workstream for a large‑scale cyber security uplift within a well‑known New Zealand organisation. This role focuses on translating technical security changes into meaningful, practical change for the business. You’ll work closely with the Programme Lead, technical teams, and key stakeholders to understand what updated security controls mean in day‑to‑day operations and how teams need to adapt. While experience in cyber or data programmes is beneficial, this role is suited to a Business Change Manager who has supported complex technical programmes and can confidently bridge the gap between technology and business adoption. Key Responsibilities Lead business change activities supporting an enterprise cyber security uplift Translate technical security changes into clear business impacts and operating changes Develop and maintain a structured change approach and 12–24 month change roadmap Work closely with technical teams to understand security control updates and their implications Engage with impacted teams to assess readiness, impacts, and adoption requirements Coordinate training, communications, and updates to ways of working to support compliance Apply formal change methodologies to a large, complex programme of work Partner with programme leadership to ensure change activities are aligned and sequenced effectively About You Proven experience as a Business Change Manager on complex technology programmes Strong ability to translate technical change into business‑focused outcomes Experience applying structured change methodologies in large programmes Comfortable working alongside technical, security, and delivery teams Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience supporting cyber, data, or technology programmes is advantageous but not essential What’s on Offer 6‑month contract with strong likelihood of extension Key role within a significant enterprise‑wide cyber security uplift Hybrid working with one day per week onsite in Hamilton Competitive contract rate Collaborative, delivery‑focused environment All applications are confidential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
