Smooth Air Products – Middleton, South Island Smooth–Air Products is a successful company that is part of the ELTA Group. We have a longstanding reputation as a supplier of quality ventilation, and air conditioning componentry to both the domestic and commercial markets. We are looking for a customer service star for a fixed term assignment covering maternity leave. You will be able to create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers whilst striving for the best result every time. You will join a proven team with a great attitude. Your primary responsibilities will be: Co-ordinating and fulfilling customer expectations by forming great relationships between Smooth‑Air and our valued customers. Answering/dealing with inbound phone calls/emails and customer foot traffic. Sales support and picking and packing orders for customers. Resolving product or service issues. A buy-in with our ethos of continual improvement. General support to all functions of the business as required. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required: The ability to work well in a friendly team. Positive & friendly attitude. Have an excellent phone manner. Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload. Ability to work under pressure. Be able to work cohesively alongside all teams, yet show initiative and seek advice where necessary.
