Healthwise Personnel in Nelson seeks an experienced Health & Wellness Coordinator/Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership and health advocacy across multiple residential services, working with Managers, staff, families and external healthcare providers to ensure residents receive person-centred healthcare.
