About the role We are currently looking for experienced Registered Nurse to join our perioperative team to ensure our patients receive timely, high-quality, patient-focused care throughout their perioperative journey. Areas you would be working in include Admission, PACU and Day-Stay. The potion is full-time; however, we may consider part-time for the right person. What we're looking for NZ Nursing Council registration and current Annual Practising Certificate At least 2 years' recent PACU or ICU / HDU experience, ED, or surgical ward experience Someone with a positive attitude, is a team player with excellent communication skills has a willingness to work flexible rostered shifts A commitment to patient-centered care, quality improvement and personal development What we offer Competitive remuneration package Funded health insurance NZ Nursing Council-approved PDRP Christmas and New Year breaks Working Monday to Friday Supportive and inclusive environment About us Our new state-of-the-art surgical centre is located on the Southern Cross Hospital campus, on the top floor of a new building.
