Talent Manager

We are looking for a proactive and organised Talent Manager to support our Public Sector recruitment team. Working closely with our 2 consultants, you'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and assessing high-quality candidates while building a strong talent pool that will contribute to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys relationship building, candidate engagement, and making a real impact behind the scenes. Key responsibilities: Sourcing and selection of candidates for contracting, fixed-term and permanent roles using a variety of recruitment channels Online and face-to-face interviewing appropriate candidates using TJG model to assess motivations and expectations as well as competency and skills Preparing quality candidate profiles Identify and maintain a pool of 'ready to go' candidates for future opportunities Complete verbal reference checks and prepare detailed reports Provide ongoing support and back up to TJG consultants during period of leave or absence You'll be someone who: Has previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or candidate engagement Is confident building relationships and communicating with candidates, over the phone and in person Has excellent interviewing, organisational and time management skills Has some knowledge of the public sector Is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment Or, for further information about this job, please contact: Erin Wyllie - Senior Talent Manager Email: [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
