If you’ve worked in a facility compliance or specified systems environment before, you’ll already know how important it is and the type of impact good practice can make! DCC has a large and diverse portfolio of property, so you’ll need to know a great deal about building compliance requirements, specified systems and audit and review process and practice. We’re seeking an individual who: Can investigate issues effectively and provide sound direction for solutions. Thrives in an evolving legislative and technical environment, Is well organised and able to prioritise work. Is familiar with emergent technologies and smart building solutions. Has a relevant tertiary qualification with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in facility management.
