We're looking for a passionate Veterinary Nurse to join our North Brighton team on a full-time contract through to the end of the year. No two days are ever the same! You'll work alongside a supportive and experienced team, gain hands-on experience across a wide range of companion animal medical and surgical cases, and play an important role in delivering outstanding care to both our patients and their owners. What you'll be doing As a Veterinary Nurse, you'll be at the heart of our North Brighton clinic, supporting our veterinarians, caring for patients, and creating a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors. Your role will include: Assisting with anaesthesia and surgical procedures. Providing exceptional inpatient nursing and hospital care. Caring for companion animal patients throughout their treatment and recovery. Running nurse consultations and supporting preventative healthcare. Building strong relationships with clients and delivering outstanding customer service. Helping maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming clinic environment. Participating in a shared rotating weekend roster, helping us provide exceptional care for our companion animal patients. Providing occassional reception support, including greeting clients, managing appointments, answering phones, and processing payments. What you'll bring We're looking for someone who genuinely loves what they do and enjoys being part of a supportive, collaborative team. You'll have: A recognised Veterinary Nursing qualification (Diploma level or above). Practical veterinary nursing experience and confidence providing high-quality patient care. Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping both animals and their owners. A positive attitude, willingness to pitch in, and a team-first approach.
