About the Hospital and Team Waikato Hospital is a major tertiary teaching hospital and the regional hub for the Midland area, serving communities across Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Lakes, Tairawhiti, and Taranaki. With 722 inpatient beds, 22 operating theatres, and a dedicated outpatient clinic and procedure centre, the hospital offers comprehensive services including radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy. About You To apply you must have completed five years of radiology training and have an interventional radiology fellowship and/or experience. You must be eligible for either Locum Tenens or Vocational registration in the scope of Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
