As a Senior IT Project Manager , you will play a central role in driving key technology initiatives across enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and modern infrastructure. This is a high-visibility role where your work will directly impact thousands of end-users across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Project Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise IT projects (ERP integrations, cloud migration, digital customer experiences, and network enhancements). Stakeholder Alignment: Build strong relationships across diverse business units, bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical executive stakeholders. Governance & Delivery: Drive project lifecycle management using standard frameworks (Agile, Prince2, or PMBOK), maintaining tight control over budgets, timelines, and risks. Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors, system integrators, and software providers to ensure seamless service delivery. Change Enablement: Work alongside change managers to drive strong user adoption and ensure sustainable business outcomes. What You’ll Bring Experience: 5+ years of proven delivery as an IT Project Manager overseeing enterprise software or infrastructure projects. Versatility: Exposure to cloud delivery models (AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud), enterprise applications, or web platform modernisations. Methodology: Relevant certifications ( PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum ) with a pragmatic approach to governance. Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and guide cross-functional teams. Sector Background: Prior experience in large complex matrix environments (e.g., government, healthcare, or large enterprise) is highly advantageous. What’s on Offer?
