About the role We're looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our busy Ponsonby store. You'll play an important role in creating an exceptional in-store experience. Whether it's helping a customer find the right product, sharing your knowledge, or simply offering friendly service, you'll make a real difference to our customers' health and fitness journeys. No previous supplement knowledge? No problem! Through our Sportsfuel Education programme, you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training covering supplements, nutrition, and how products work in the body. We'll give you the knowledge and confidence to provide exceptional advice and service. Key responsibilities Deliver outstanding 5-star customer service and expert product advice. Help customers find the right products to support their health and fitness goals. Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented store. Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed to a high standard. Contribute to a positive and welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
