Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Project Manager to join our fast growing, market leading company. This role is ideal for a highly organised and results-driven professional who excels at leading production operations. You will be responsible for driving project delivery through effective planning, scheduling, and team leadership. Based in Waikato ideally you will be: Able to point to your proven track record of success in developing an outstanding team ethic within a process driven ‘trades’ type environment where everybody buys into the goals of the business Able to show tangible evidence of an ability to grow profitability through increased efficiency and productivity gains An outstanding leader that understands that in order to succeed they must be able to work as an effective part of a committed, talented team Energetic, driven and goal oriented with the ability to think outside the box Ambitious and looking to contribute to an already successful company by growing this key part of the business, especially as new product lines are added, and volumes grow You are likely to come from or have experience of a construction, building type environment, where pragmatic working to tight deadlines is the norm, and is actually something that excites you Have a real 'can do' attitude, the kind of self-starter that understands what's required and goes and makes it happen, every time Humble, and not too proud to admit you don't have all the answers, but always willing to learn and find out Indepth knowledge of Building and Health and Safety Code Attitude is Everything...
