Job Description

We're seeking an organised, reliable and collaborative Programme Coordinator to join our team. You'll be supporting the smooth and effective running of the Enabling Communities Prototype, helping our Programme Director and Project Managers stay on top of milestones, risks and reporting. Our current mahi includes establishing new support services for whānau and mokopuna, as well as developing our organisational capability so we can better serve our people. We have relationships with mokopuna and whānau, hapū, hāpori and across agencies that are critical to success in this space. Your role will be to help keep our programme of work organised, on track and well documented. As Programme Co-ordinator you'll be: Supporting the Programme Director and Project Managers with administrative and reporting tasks Tracking milestones, risks and programme documentation Supporting budget tracking and governance reporting This is a full time, fixed term role to 30 June 2027 , based in Tāmaki Makaurau, with occasional travel to Kaikohe. You're passionate about kaupapa-led mahi and enjoy keeping things organised behind the scenes so others can succeed. You have experience providing high-level administrative or coordination support, ideally across projects or programmes. You're curious, organised and comfortable working with data and reporting tools such as Excel. You feel comfortable with ambiguity and can juggle competing priorities while keeping the detail accurate. We have a high trust working environment and are seeking someone who will fit into our team of hard working, kaupapa driven, dedicated individuals. You'll be based in Tāmaki Makaurau, with occasional travel to our Kaikohe office in the beautiful Tai Tokerau, with its rolling hills, lush forests, white sand beaches and a wealth of heritage and cultural sites. You'll also be part of an organisation that has over 30 years’ experience of providing social services across the rohe.
