They are looking for a grounded, adaptable Office Administrator to join their dedicated team, keep the office running like a well oiled machine, and bring a great sense of humour to a busy, down-to-earth environment. About the Role You will play a pivotal role in keeping the day-to-day administrative function running smoothly. This role requires a balance of high level administrative mastery, scheduling expertise, and exceptional accuracy to manage a fast paced workload where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities: Communication & Coordination: Manage the busy inboxes and handle incoming phone calls with a professional yet approachable attitude. Scheduling & Calendars: Help manage scheduling when jobs come in and coordinate with the technicians Data & Systems Management: Utilise Microsoft 365 daily to draft documents, manage files, and maintain accurate internal records. Basic Finance & Invoicing: Assist with daily financial tasks, invoicing, and accounts processing (experience with Xero is highly advantageous but not necessary). Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for operational needs, resolving administrative issues quickly and efficiently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
