The Role: The Evening Floor Manager is responsiblefor the daily operations of Customer Service, storeroom and alldepartments in the absence of department managers. The primary role of the DutyManager is to plan, lead, communicate, organize and control the day-to-dayrunning of the relevant sections of the store to achieve the highest possiblestandards. The responsibilities of this position include: Ability to lead and supervise a team Stocking shelves, working stock in storeroom, keeping stock organized Having knowledge about our products and services Following the correct Inwards good procedures Adhering to Food Safety and Health and Safety policies Forklift license or be willing to get one The primary role of the DutyManager is to plan, lead, communicate, organize and control the day-to-dayrunning of the relevant sections of the store to achieve the highest possiblestandards.
