SENIOR MANAGER, TRAINING COMMUNICATIONS & GALLERY EXPERIENCE | UP7000 This role creates meaningful impact by enhancing the company's positioning as the Institute of Learning Excellence, driving awareness of its training programmes, and managing the Community Gallery operations to foster greater community participation. The position supports their mission to build a caring and united Singapore through strategic communications and community engagement initiatives. Job Description Digital Communications and Social Media Engagement Manages comprehensive communications plans that align with organisational goals and training priorities. Implements outreach initiatives across digital, print and social media platforms to broaden visibility, expand reach and foster community engagement. Leads course promotions and cross-marketing efforts to increase grassroots and community volunteer training participation. Collaborates with internal departments to develop targeted communications plans for signature training programmes and events. Oversees annual marketing communications planning and budget management. Corporate Communications and Stakeholder Relations Leads media and publicity efforts for major projects and programs. Plans and implements the roll‑out of corporate communication initiatives, including course announcements, nomination notices, marketing materials and the quarterly training calendar. Oversees the preparation and timely release of media materials, including press releases, publicity kits, corporate presentations and event collateral. Manages campus tours and communications for official visits to the company. Publicity, Outreach and Operations for Our Community Gallery Implements integrated publicity strategies and campaigns to promote communications and branding objectives. Provides strategic direction and supervises Visitor Experience Leads. Oversees online public bookings and coordinates group visits and logistic requirements. Plans docent deployment and scheduling. Monitors and evaluates visitor feedback, engagement data and campaign effectiveness. Leads innovative publicity approaches and fringe initiatives to increase visitors. Job Requirements Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant working and management experience. Well versed in marketing and digital communications. Gallery management / operations experience is an added advantage. Collaborative team player with strong leadership, interpersonal skills and a service‑oriented, innovative mindset.
