Store Manager - Wellington

We’re looking for a Store Manager who loves fashion, leads with confidence, and creates a warm, inspiring environment for both customers and the team. About the role: You’ll be the heartbeat of our Wellington store - driving sales, elevating the customer experience, and shaping a store culture that feels welcoming, stylish, and uniquely Repertoire. This is a Monday–Friday role, 9.45am–5pm (35 hours). Alongside a premium brand environment, you’ll enjoy regular team competitions, performance incentives, and bonus opportunitiesdesigned to reward great results and celebrate success. You’ll deliver personalised styling, build genuine customer relationships, and ensure every visit feels special. You’ll champion the brand, host in‑store events, keep the store looking beautiful, and support your team to shine. You’ll manage the day‑to‑day operations with confidence - from stock and merchandising to budgets and KPIs; all while keeping the customer at the centre. About you: You’re a natural leader with a passion for fashion and a talent for styling. You know how to drive sales, motivate a team, and create an environment people love walking into. You’re organised, energetic, and customer‑obsessed - and you genuinely enjoy helping women feel confident and beautifully styled.
