Salary Package Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus Duration Permanent Industry / Organization Type Engineering Service Position Title Senior Accounts Executive Working Location Central West (Nearby MRT) Working Hours 5 Days, Mon - Thu (8:30 am -6 pm); Fri (8.30 am - 5.30 pm) Key Responsibilities Prepare financial records, statements, and reports in accordance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements. Manage and oversee billing operations and reporting, ensuring all invoices are accurately processed and reconciled against the General Ledger (GL). Compile and submit periodic financial reports and supporting documents requested by Management. Assist in leading the Accounts team and supporting the administration of finance operations and accounting systems. Contribute to the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports. Ensure financial closing activities and reporting are completed accurately and within established timelines. Handle end-to-end accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), account reconciliations, and other related finance processes for designated countries within the region. Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to facilitate intercompany transactions and financial activities. Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax consultants, corporate secretarial service providers, and regulatory authorities when necessary. Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial policies, including tax submissions (GST, WHT, CIT, etc.), audits, regulatory filings, standard operating procedures, and documentation requirements. Review existing workflows, identify areas for enhancement, and implement process improvement initiatives. Provide support during the rollout of new financial procedures, systems, and process enhancements as required. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a professional accounting certification recognised by ISCA. At least 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, with prior audit exposure considered an added advantage. Solid understanding of accounting concepts, practices, and applicable accounting standards. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with experience engaging stakeholders across various organisational levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV software is an advantage. With regional accounting experience is a plus. Willing and able to undertake occasional overseas travel when required for business purposes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
