Food Innovation Manager

Food Innovation Manager | Restaurant Brands NZ Help create the next customer favourite enjoyed by millions of Kiwis. Restaurant Brands is looking for an experienced Food Innovation Manager to lead the development of exciting new menu items across some of New Zealand's most recognised QSR brands. In this role, you'll take products from concept to launch, working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality Assurance, franchise partners, and suppliers to deliver innovative, commercially successful menu solutions. What we're looking for: 5+ years' experience in food product development, food science, or a related field Food Technology/Food Science qualification (or equivalent experience) Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills Experience in food service, QSR, hospitality, or multi-site operations A passion for food trends, innovation, and delivering great customer experiences What's on offer: The opportunity to work with iconic brands, influence products enjoyed by millions of customers, and play a key role in shaping the future of food innovation.
