About the Role: In your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll be based in Auckland, covering the broader Auckland region. You'll interact with fellow service technicians, shipping providers, our customer care team, and, most importantly, our customers. Your role is pivotal in our customers' journey, ensuring they feel supported and empowered when they experience our products. Alpine branded work van supplied. What's in it for you? You should be thoughtful, thorough, and thrive on problem-solving. You'll ideally have; Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills Experience in a trade, service, maintenance, or technical role Electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, automotive, or similar experience is highly regarded Confidence communicating with customers A practical, solutions-focused mindset The ability to work independently and manage your workload Applicants for this position must have New Zealand residency or citizenship and a full New Zealand driver's license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
