Bar Tender

1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages 3. Maintain strong knowledge of beverage products, menus, specials, promotions, and Bottega service standards 4. Ensure all beverages are prepared consistently and accurately, maintaining quality, portion control, and presentation standards at all times 5. Receive, process, and deliver beverage orders efficiently 6. Assist with stock rotation, restocking, and stocktakes 7. Promote sales opportunities by suggesting additional beverages, premium products, and specials when appropriate 8. Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area, including completing opening and closing procedures 9. Process payments and account for sales accurately 10. Follow all host responsibility, liquor licensing, food safety, health and safety, and company policies Minimise wastage, breakages, and losses by following company procedures and ensuring all beverage products are correctly recorded and charged. #J-18808-Ljbffr
