Founded in 1905 as the Straits Settlements and Federated Malay States Government Medical School, NUS is the oldest higher education institution in Singapore Job Description To support planning, executing, and closing of projects with multiple stakeholders, participating in Grants management matters from pre-award stage to supporting project initiation in the post-award stageand provision of assistance to project team To support the facilitation of research contract agreements (RCA, NDA, MOU, etc) using online portal, in partnership with NUS Contracts Team To support the planning and execution of events such as recruitment visits, seminars, strategic retreats, conferences, etc To manage websites and official socia media platforms At least 2 years working experience in research administration, preferably in tertiary institutions Highly organized individual and adaptable to a dynamic work environment Exhibits initiative and the ability to work under pressure/deadlines Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external colleagues and stakeholders Proactive approach to problem solving Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications Bachelor's degree At least 2 years working experience in research administration, preferably in tertiary institutions Highly organized individual and adaptable to a dynamic work environment Exhibits initiative and the ability to work under pressure/deadlines Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external colleagues and stakeholders Proactive approach to problem solving Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications Location: Kent Ridge Campus Organization: Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine #J-18808-Ljbffr
