Working under the direction of thePursuits and Proposals Manager, the role focuses on bid coordination, contentmanagement, process discipline, and management of the firm’sPursuitHub infrastructure. Work withPwC’s partners toplay a critical part in ensuring pursuits are wellorganised, brand aligned, and delivered on schedule, while contributing to the ongoing development of the firm’s Bid Centre of Excellence capability. Success in this role requires strong judgement, attention to detail, responsiveness under pressure, and the ability to bring structure and momentum tobids and pursuits. Your day-to-day could include: Supportingthe end-to-end coordination and delivery of proposals across mid-tier and major pursuits. Managingproposal timelines, stakeholder inputs, documentcontroland submission requirements to ensure high-quality, compliant outputs. Drafting, editingand refiningproposal content to improve clarity, consistency,impactand professionalism. Coordinatingclosely with pursuit teams,designersand production specialists to deliver compelling client submissions and presentations. Managingandmaintainingthe firm’sPursuitHub content repository, including case studies, credentials,CVsand reusable proposal content. Drivingcontent governance and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure bid materialsremaincurrent,effectiveand aligned to best practice. Supportingthe implementation of pursuit frameworks, bid tools and process improvements across the firm. Capturinglessons learned and contribute to the ongoing development of the Bid Centre of Excellence capability. 3+ years’ experience supporting bids,proposalsor complex business development activities within aprofessional servicesor B2B environment. Experience within a professional service or B2B environment preferred Strongorganisationaland time management skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines across concurrent pursuits Clear and structured written communication skills Strong editing capability and attention to detail Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and contributing within fast-paced pursuit environments.
