MG&A is growing, and we're looking for kind, committed, and grounded professionals to join our warm and collaborative team. This is an opportunity for registered Counsellors, or Psychotherapists, (either salaried or contractor roles available) based in the Auckland region, Onehunga. You'll be supporting clients engaged with ACC sensitive claims work and other types of referrals. While much of our mahi centres around supporting those impacted by sexual trauma, we welcome clinicians from a variety of backgrounds. We offer the support and training to employees to grow confidently into the role. For more about us, visit: https://mgassociates.co.nz What You’ll Be Doing: Offering thoughtful, trauma-informed therapy to people engaged in the ACC sensitive claims process. Completing psychological or psychosocial assessments to help understand client needs. Collaborating with GPs, whānau, and other providers where appropriate. Keeping clear, confidential client records in line with ACC and professional standards. Shaping your work style to suit your needs - remote, hybrid, or in-person options are all welcome depending on your role. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are: Registered in New Zealand (with a valid APC) Compassionate and grounded, with at least 1 year experience working therapeutically with trauma experience. Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a driven team. Registration with ACC preferred but not essential. Please note you will require ACC registration prior to commencing work with us.
