About You We're looking for someone who: Loves helping customers and providing outstanding service Naturally notices customers and enjoys working in a busy environment Leads by example and takes pride in getting things done Is organised, reliable and self-motivated Enjoys coaching and encouraging others Has previous retail experience (pharmacy, health, beauty or premium retail preferred) Has a genuine interest in health and wellbeing We can teach products. We can't teach attitude, initiative and genuine care for customers.
