Checkout Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused leader to join our Checkout team as a Checkout Supervisor . This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example, supporting team members, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday (40 hours per week) As a Checkout Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the checkout department. You'll support the team, resolve customer queries, maintain high service standards, and help create a positive shopping experience for every customer who visits our store. What We're Looking For: Previous retail or customer service experience. Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to lead, motivate, and support a team. Reliable, organised, and able to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Competent computer and cash handling skills. The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
