We’re looking for an experienced, organised, and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our Logistics & Warehousing team in Rolleston. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, solving problems on the go, and working closely with customers, warehouse teams, drivers, and internal stakeholders. About the Role Working Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, you’ll be responsible for coordinating daily dispatch and operational requirements across our logistics and warehousing activities, helping ensure customer orders and service expectations are met safely, efficiently, and on time. You’ll play a key role in planning daily workloads, supporting the flow of goods through the operation, coordinating priorities, and keeping communication clear between customers, warehouse teams, drivers, and operational leaders. No two days are the same, so your ability to stay calm, think ahead, and adapt to changing priorities will be important. What You'll Bring Previous experience in a dispatch, operations coordination, logistics, or warehousing environment A good understanding of logistics and warehousing processes, customer requirements, and daily operational demands Confidence coordinating priorities, schedules, resources, and workflow across a busy operation A strong customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service The ability to multitask and support a variety of operational functions Strong planning, organisation, and analytical skills Proven ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills A collaborative team-player mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement Sound geographical knowledge of New Zealand Strong relationship-building skills with customers, drivers, and colleagues What's in it for You?
