As a trusted adviser to senior leaders, you'll partner across the business to deliver strategic and operational initiatives spanning workforce planning, talent, performance, organisational effectiveness, culture and change. Responsibilities will include: Partner with Tax & Legal Services leaders to shape and deliver a people plan aligned to business strategy and wider firm priorities. Contribute to annual People & Culture, workforce, and resourcing planning by providing insight into business needs, workforce risks, and opportunities. Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, using commercial judgement, data, and P&C expertise to coach, influence, and constructively challenge on key people matters. Translate business priorities and workforce insights into practical people initiatives across talent, capability, leadership, culture, inclusion, organisational effectiveness, and change, while identifying emerging risks and opportunities to inform decision‑making. Partner across People & Culture, including Organisational Development and specialist teams, to leverage expertise and deliver integrated people and change solutions aligned to business priorities. Lead key strategic and operational people initiatives, ensuring priorities, milestones, and outcomes are effectively planned, coordinated, and achieved. Coach and develop People & Culture Advisors to build capability, strengthen delivery, and enable effective people outcomes across the business. Contribute to the broader People & Culture function by sharing knowledge, building strong networks, staying current with workforce trends while improving frameworks, processes, and ways of working. Champion PwC’s Values, Code of Conduct, and policies, and demonstrate through your leadership, behaviours, and approach. Contribute to knowledge sharing, colleague development, and your own growth through ongoing learning, development planning, formal training, and on-the-job experience. These responsibilities may be amended or varied from time to time. We are looking for an experienced People & Culture professional who brings: A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline. A minimum of 10 years' People & Culture experience, with broad generalist expertise and a proven track record in strategic business partnering, ideally coming from a corporate or professional services environment. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to align people strategies to business priorities and deliver meaningful organisational outcomes. Strategic thinking capability, with the ability to translate strategy into practical, results-focused initiatives. A proactive, solution-focused approach, with the ability to identify opportunities, drive continuous improvement and lead organisational change. Demonstrated capability across strategic, operational and people leadership, with the ability to build trusted partnerships, influence stakeholders and coach leaders to achieve positive people and business outcomes. Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members while fostering inclusive, high-performing teams and cultures. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and provide practical, evidence-based advice. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex issues, integrate diverse perspectives, and provide sound recommendations.
