Work consists of full solar installations across residential, commercial and industrial projects, Tesla EV charge point installs, and other general electrical contracts outside of the solar space. There is significant room to grow within this energetic and ambitious team, with supported career progression encouraged, and profit share opportunities down the track. This is ideal for someone with previous leadership experience, or maybe you have been a self employed electrician previously and are keen on some stability in a senior role. With a refreshing open-door approach, you will have the support of the director who doesn't shy away from the tools either, so you can expect to soak up plenty of knowledge from his experiences, along with opportunities to network and learn about this growing industry! This role will suit a registered electrician who has experience within the solar field, however those with a keen interest to learn will also be considered. Minimum Requirements: Full practicing license registered with EWRB Relevant electrical experience with strong knowledge within the industry Good communication skills and a team player with the ability to lead and run jobs independently Comfortable working at heights - training provided if needed Applicants may be required to undertake pre-employment Alcohol and drug testing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
