Crest Commercial Cleaning – Auckland, North Island We are a fast-growing company, looking for a superstar who is keen to learn and grow with us. You will use modern tools including AI-powered analytics and Power BI, to spot trends before they become problems. This is a hands‑on role, requiring regular travel across the organisation to engage with franchisees, Regional Managers, and operational teams. You will conduct site visits, incident investigations, and toolbox meetings in person. What you will be doing Working in a team, lead a genuine safety culture, not just compliance. You will build best‑practice HSW frameworks (ISO 45001, Safe Work Australia, WorkSafe NZ) that people follow because they make sense. Put AI to work. Use intelligent tools for hazard identification, predictive risk modelling, and incident trend analysis, with Power BI dashboards that give leadership real visibility. Get out in the field. Conduct site visits, run toolbox meetings, investigate incidents, and coach regional teams across New Zealand, this is hands‑on, not remote oversight. Broaden what 'safety' means. Own the full incident lifecycle, from initial investigation through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and close‑out. Your work will directly reduce harm and improve outcomes. Demonstrate accurate, thorough, and high‑standard completion of all tasks, including incident investigation reports and audit documentation Who you are You have enough experience to hit the ground running, and enough ambition to want somewhere that rewards initiative. A go getter, who is as comfortable with undertaking administrative tasks and working in a CRM as they are out in the field. A self‑starter who identifies a problem and goes after the solution, without waiting to be asked. Genuinely curious about AI and digital tools, you do not need to be an expert yet, but you are keen to learn and see where they can add value. A confident communicator who can talk credibly with frontline workers and senior leadership in the same day. Someone who takes ownership, when you say you will follow through, you do. Up to date on HSW legislation (Health and Safety at Work Act 2015), WorkSafe NZ, and relevant national standards.
