TIG Welder

We are seeking a skilled and motivated TIG Welder / Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, has strong fabrication skills, and can work independently as well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Fabricate, assemble, and modify components to exact standards. Maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards. Assist with problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams. Skills & Experience Required Proven TIG welding experience. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Experience in fabrication and engineering environments. Excellent work ethic and reliability.
