THINK Hauora in Palmerston North is seeking a Mātanga Whai Ora (Health Improvement Practitioner) to join Te Ara Rau Access & Choice (TARAC). You will deliver brief psychological interventions within a stepped care model and promote self-management while liaising across primary mental health services.
