Community Connections is seeking experienced Support Workers for the Kapiti team. This permanent, full-time role involves active support for individuals with disabilities, helping them build confidence, independence and community connections. The role requires physical fitness for an active rural lifestyle, ability to follow care plans, and delivering person-centered support in a safe, respectful environment.
