Asphalt Supervisor

Company: ConsultANZ is looking for an Asphalt Civil Supervisor in Auckland. The role is supporting a major roading project in Auckland. Main Duties Supervise daily asphalt and civil construction activities on-site. Coordinate crews, plant, materials, and subcontractors to meet project schedules. Ensure asphalt works are completed safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards. Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor progress and provide updates to project management teams. Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and site teams. Promote a strong health and safety culture across all site activities. Requirements Proven experience supervising asphalt, roading, or civil construction projects. Strong understanding of asphalt operations, paving processes, and site coordination. Experience leading crews and managing day-to-day site activities. Good knowledge of health and safety requirements within the construction industry. Ability to read plans, manage resources, and deliver works to programme. Strong communication and leadership skills.
