We are in partnership with our customer Woolworths, to supply Woolworths Supermarkets with packaged and value-added meat products About the role Coordinate the day to day operations of a production line Oversee the production of high quality, well presented & safe products within the Production schedule requirements Play an integral role in building the team culture Working with meat products – beef, pork, lamb, chicken and seafood – in a cool room environment (6 degrees) The Line Leader reports into the Team Leader and Production Manager, and oversees approximately 20 employees on any given day Monitor performance of team and improve levels of output Monitoring productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching Ensure follow-through for any maintenance, IT or other issues to ensure flow of work on the line This role will be covered by the Hilton Foods Enterprise Agreement 2021 About you Experience in a similar role within a Manufacturing environment Strong Leadership capability with demonstrated experience in a Leadership position Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Able to problem solve at pace Good numeracy and literacy skills with excellent attention to detail High work ethic and solid work history.
