Automotive Parts Advisor

SD European is a growing, innovative company specialising in parts and servicing for European brand vehicles. We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Parts Advisor to join our longstanding sales team based in Frankton, Hamilton. You will be working with a friendly, hard-working team, who pride themselves on the quality and accuracy of their work, showing professionalism with an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have: Strong knowledge of automotive parts Computer and technology skills Confident telephone manner A great attitude and a team player Your Day to Day: Using online vehicle catalogues to find vehicle part numbers Quoting parts over the phone and assisting walk-in customers Prepare quotes on online platforms like Partstrader and Cap-ezi Respond to emails and website enquiries promptly Coordinate with dismantling and dispatch teams Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues Maintain inventory accuracy and attention to detail Support a positive, team-focused environment What we offer: The position is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with a requirement to participate in a Saturday roster between 8am to 12pm (generally once every 4-6 weeks). We provide on-going training and opportunities to up skill and move with-in the company. We are a team that works hard but also look forward to team social events throughout the year, including a Friday debrief drink.
