Qualifications PhD in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline. Experience in managing engineering, pilot plant, or industrial R&D projects is preferred. Experience as a Project Manager leading the full lifecycle of chemical process projects, including process design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and handover to operation, is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and risk management. Familiarity with construction, commissioning, and start-up of chemical or energy process facilities is an advantage. Knowledge of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and regulatory compliance for engineering projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project reporting skills. Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is desirable but not mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
