Job Description
Enterprise Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Lead in Wellington to head a team of around 15 staff in a busy production environment, while staying hands-on on the tools. You'll lead daily assembly and fitting work, ensure production, quality and safety standards are met, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the Production Manager to continuously improve processes.
