Operations Manager

Construction Cost Consultants - Auckland, North Island Construction Cost Consultants is one of New Zealand's leading quantity surveying and insurance rebuild valuation businesses, operating nationally across New Zealand. We're entering an exciting new stage, with a significant new product preparing to launch, continued development of our in-house technology and further growth across our established services. We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team and help turn these opportunities into successful, scalable operations. The role Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Managing Director, you'll lead the people, systems and processes behind our national service delivery. You'll have the opportunity to: Lead and develop our operational teams Improve processes, systems and service delivery Manage operational performance, budgets and KPIs Support the launch of our new product Coordinate activities with our marketing team and external agency Provide operational oversight of our current technology build Help shape how the business operates as it grows About you You're an experienced operations leader who enjoys developing people, improving performance and turning ideas into action. You'll bring: Proven operations and people-leadership experience Strong commercial and organisational skills Confidence managing multiple priorities and projects Excellent communication and attention to detail A practical approach and genuine ownership of outcomes Experience in professional services, construction, insurance or property would be advantageous but isn't essential. Technology expertise is not required. This is an opportunity to take an influential role in an established and ambitious New Zealand business.
