Timpack in Hamilton seeks a hands-on Production Supervisor for the Processing department Afternoon shift (3pm–11:30pm, Mon–Fri). You will lead roughly 14–16 staff on the floor, solving problems and driving smooth production with practical leadership. Essentially, you bring five years in manufacturing/engineering with a proven leadership track, plus a hands-on trade qualification.
