About the role: We're seeking an experienced Android Developer to join a leading organisation delivering modern, scalable mobile applications. Working within collaborative, cross-functional teams, you'll help build and maintain high-quality mobile experiences in a complex environment where multiple initiatives are delivered in parallel. This is a hands‑on role for someone who balances strong engineering craft with a pragmatic eye on delivery and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities & Experience 7+ years in mobile application development, with strong Android expertise using Kotlin and modern frameworks such as Jetpack Compose Proven experience building scalable, complex systems within collaborative teams, with a solid understanding of mobile architecture and design principles Strong collaboration skills, working across teams to align on shared goals, dependencies and technical direction Comfortable operating in complex environments where multiple initiatives run in parallel Solid capability across testing, debugging and quality engineering, with exposure to mobile automation frameworks and testing tools Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, with exposure to cloud-based CI/CD platforms Understanding of Material Design guidelines and accessibility principles, with a focus on inclusive, user-friendly experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr
