It is essential that you have demonstrated skills and experience in glazing, retrofit work and installing glass into both commercial and residential buildings. We're committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers and are looking for a Glazier who shares that commitment! Working hours are a minimum 40 hours per week: 7.30am - 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. What's in it for you? Competitive wages - we pay for experience Company vehicle Opportunities for growth and development What you’re there to do: Hands-on installation of glass into residential and commercial buildings in a safe, profitable and effective way Perform on-site glazing repairs and replacements to a high standard Safely load, transport and unload glass to site Follow all health and safety procedures Deliver high quality installations while providing excellent customer service! Skills & experience you'll bring: Proven skill with framelessglass - balustrades, partitions, showers, & more Experience in Retrofit glazing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers Full NZ drivers' licence Physically able to perform a high number of glass lifts on a daily basis Minimum of three years' work experience in residential / commercial glazing OR a certificate at NZQF Level 4** or a higher qualification, which includes the credit and knowledge requirements of one strand in the New Zealand Certificate in Glazing (Level 4). * Viridian has a strong commitment to workplace, health and safety and the well-being of our people.
