About the opportunity | Mo te whai waahi We're seeking an experienced Systems Support Analyst with strong financial services technology experience to support and enhance the applications that underpin our wealth management and investment operations. This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of business-critical systems including CRM platforms, order management systems, integrations, APIs and automation services. Working closely with business users, vendors and technical teams, you'll resolve complex issues, drive continuous improvement and help ensure the reliability and performance of systems that are fundamental to client and operational outcomes. Provide expert support for business-critical financial services applications, ensuring high levels of system availability, performance and reliability. Support core platforms including CRM systems, order management systems, investment operations and related business applications. Investigate and resolve incidents across applications, APIs, integrations, data feeds and automated processes. Monitor application and integration performance, identifying risks and proactively addressing potential service issues. Troubleshoot API connectivity, data flow and system integration issues across multiple internal and vendor platforms. Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to reduce recurring issues and improve system stability. Support application upgrades, system releases, testing activities and production deployments. Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional support outcomes. Manage scheduled jobs, automated processes and operational workflows to ensure smooth business operations. Contribute to ongoing improvements in support processes, automation, application performance and service delivery. What you will bring to the role | He aha ka kawea e koe ki te mahi We require that you have: Minimum 5 years' experience supporting technology platforms within a financial services environment (wealth management, funds management, banking, investment administration or similar). Hands-on experience supporting Order Management Systems (OMS) or investment/trading platforms is essential. Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting APIs, system integrations and data interfaces. Experience supporting CRM platforms and customer-centric business applications, ideally within financial services. Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex application, integration and data-related issues. Working knowledge of SQL, scripting or database querying for troubleshooting and analysis. Experience working with vendors, third-party applications and service management/ticketing platforms. Strong understanding of operational processes, controls and governance requirements within a regulated financial services environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
