Located in the heart of Cambridge, Alpino is known for traditional Italian dishes and local and international wines, cocktails and spirits. This senior floor-focused role suits a confident server who can step behind the bar when needed. If you take pride in exceptional service and want to grow with us, we'd love to hear from you. What we're looking for Minimum 5 years' experience in restaurants and bars (NZ or abroad) Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Head waiter Duty Manager’s Certificate Experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant Experience fine dining principles, dealing with high end guests Confident working the bar as needed — capable, not specialist Strong communication and fluent English Organised, calm under pressure, and a great multitasker Flexible availability and a humble, team-first attitude Great attention to detail.
