Stand at the stern of the canoe and feel the spray of the future biting at your face Mō te tūnga | About the role New Zealand Police are offering an opportunity to join the Police Prosecution Service (PPS) as a Prosecution Support Officer (PSO) based in Papakura. This role is for 20 hours per week. As a PSO, you will provide administrative support to the PPS office to enable its efficient and effective operation. Responsibilities include working with prosecution files and managing them administratively, including recording and extracting relevant information, checking accuracy and completeness, administering necessary follow‑ups (including as directed by PPS staff), using and managing databases and spreadsheets, and responding to and/or directing queries received by the PPS office. Through building an excellent knowledge of Police and Ministry of Justice processes, databases, and operating procedures, you will be an important part of the Criminal Justice Sector. Utu ā-tau | Salary This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $64,161 - $66,975 pro rata, dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
