Hallensteins Napier is seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the Store Manager to drive the business. You will lead from the front, ensure strong sales, keep the team sharp, and ensure every customer leaves looking and feeling great. You'll be responsible for running shifts, rostering, targets, and daily operations, training and coaching the team, and maintaining store presentation and stock control.
